- 1kg pork shoulder, boneless
- 250ml BBQ sauce
- 1 large onion, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slider buns, for serving
- Coleslaw, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Place pork shoulder in a slow cooker.
- In a bowl, combine BBQ sauce, onion, garlic, brown sugar, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Pour sauce mixture over pork shoulder.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until pork is very tender.
- Shred pork with two forks.
